Custom-made products, pre-orders, and Mystery Boxes may require up to 20 business days before shipment.

Insured Shipping
For additional peace of mind, insured shipping is available for most destinations.
With insured shipping, your parcel is protected against loss or damage during transit. While every order is packed with great care and secure packaging,

Customs & Import Charges
International orders shipped outside the European Union, including the United States, United Kingdom, and Norway, may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other local taxes.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are determined by your country's customs authorities and/or the shipping carrier. Any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost Packages
Once your order has been shipped, The Dragon Oak is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages if you did not select the insured shipping option at checkout.
Choosing insured shipping ensures that your order is protected and can be refunded or replaced in the event of loss or damage during transit.
If you chose standard shipping (non-insured), the risk of loss passes to you once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Please always double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. The Dragon Oak is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or returned parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We strive to provide you with enchanting products of the highest quality. However, if you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exemptions: Custom items, made-to-order products, and certain personal items (such as spell jars or oils) are non-refundable.
Return Process:
- Contact us at info@thedragonoak.com within 7 days of receiving your item with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process after we receive the item.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as above.
- We will dispatch the replacement item once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Additional Notes:
- All our products are packed with intention and care to ensure they reach you safely. However, for uninsured shipments, The Dragon Oak is not responsible for damages caused by postal services or for lost packages. We highly recommend choosing insured shipping to cover these risks.
